Mike has successfully planned, run the finances, raised funds and acted as client lead for several such projects, all done whilst continuing to provide a popular programme for audiences.

York Art Gallery
In 2015 York Art Gallery re-opened after a major redevelopment, incorporating the new 'Centre of Ceramic Art', inspired by the vision of YMT's former Chief Executive, Janet Barnes, CBE. The museum remained open to the public and offered an ambitious public programme of temporary exhibitions throughout. Mike successfully managed the competing capital and revenue cash requirements. -
